Exchange and Refund Conditions:

You have the option to exchange or request a refund within 5 days of your purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Sizing Issue:

If the sizing is not suitable, we offer the opportunity to exchange the item for a different size (or refund if the desired size is sold out).

Faulty Items:

While we maintain rigorous quality control standards, there may be rare instances where a faulty item is inadvertently shipped. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately, quoting your order number. We will promptly rectify the issue by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

Personal Preferences:

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns based on personal preferences. Our website provides customers with comprehensive access to product images and videos, allowing informed purchasing decisions. However, we do offer an exchange or refund option if the customer returns the item to our warehouse in undamaged condition. You may select a replacement item from our website or request a refund. Please note that an additional shipping charge of 200/- will apply for dispatching the replacement item.

Exchange Procedure:

To initiate an exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Contact Us:

Send an email to sales@Pearl.pk or DM us on Instagram, providing your order number, reason for the exchange, and the desired size you wish to receive.

Return the Item:

Post the item back within 5 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached). Please note that the shipping cost for returning the item will be at your expense.

Processing the Exchange:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange as soon as possible (excluding the original shipping costs).

Packing Policy:

Our packaging policies are designed to enhance your overall customer experience. For orders exceeding 5000/-, we include a complimentary pouch. Additionally, for every increment of 5000/-, an extra pouch will be added. For example, if your order exceeds 10000/-, two pouches will be included.

Additional Packaging:

If you wish to add extra boxes or pouches to your order, you will need to pay the associated cost.
